This product includes BOTH the COMPLETE Nursing Interview Questions List and the Answers Workbook (Nursing Clinical Memory Journal).

This will be the best way to prepare your answers for your interviews and encounter likely questions you may be asked.

Complete list of 72 nursing interview questions

This list continues to grow as nurses report back questions that surprised them in their real interviews, so that you won't be caught off gaurd during your interview. This collection has been compiled based on 100s of interviews of real new grad nurses and the actual questions they have been asked during their interviews. You can save hours searching for questions because this is the only list you'll need.

Don't let your interview day be the first time you encounter a certain question. To be thorough, this list even includes the random and obscure questions nurses have come across.

As a bonus, this resource also includes a list of questions you can ask your interviewer at the end of your interview.

Nursing clinicals are so exciting that it feels like there’s no way you would forget what happened that day. This journal is just as much for nursing students on their first day of clinicals to save and process their thoughts as it is for the nurse who has an interview in 2 days.

Everyone I help in the days

to weeks before their interview

tells me, “I know something

like that happened, but I wish

I’d written it down!”

They tell me they would give

anything to have notes from their

past selves to help them in this moment

when it really counts.

The nurses you see in my videos get very excited when I tell them I’m making you this journal and they are jealous that you have this.

They will tell you, the problem is: Their teachers told them to journal their clinical experiences, but they waited until they got a call for an interview to start. They needed to focus on Thursday’s test, the NCLEX, and the million other stressful things that demand time and attention, and it made interviewing even more stressful. You get to have interview prep built into your self care the whole journey.

If you have an interview scheduled, and you are starting to prepare now, don’t worry! You are already ahead of your competition. Most people don’t prepare very much, if at all because they don’t know how.

      Well-organized and helpful!

I downloaded this after not getting any job offers despite plenty of interviews, and I feel like this does a great job of explaining why interviewers are asking the questions. It was helpful to select a story that fit what they were looking for well, and the embedded QR codes, Do's and Don'ts, Roadmaps, and spaces for note-taking were all very helpful! I also loved that there were some unit-specific questions included in the interview questions. I just wish I had this the first time!

      Nursing Clinical Memory Journal

The Nursing Clinical Memory Journal was a lifesaver for my interview prep as a new grad RN! Mary's guidance was invaluable, covering everything from interview preparation to crafting thank-you notes and building a solid portfolio. The best part was the list of common interview questions and tips on how to answer them effectively. Mary's advice on highlighting key points and avoiding common mistakes gave me a huge confidence boost and helped me ease my nerves before the interviews.
