It can already be stressful preparing for interviews, but this question list helped me determine which questions I needed to work on and helped me build the confidence to go into a interview. Mary put much conscious effort into making this an easily digestible workbook for others to go through. The process was so helpful to prep with the PDF guide a week before meeting with her. I bought the pdf Journal to help with my interview prep, and it really made a difference. I felt more confident going into my interviews and ended up getting offers for both Community Nursing and an Acute/ER position. This pdf comes with a multitude of questions that helped me practice what I could potentially have to answer in interviews. The beginning of the pdf has a short section on answering "tell us about a time" and how to answer clinical scenario questions which was super helpful.
